We had some shutters removed and the company didn’t wash which left dirt on a two story house. He was very responsive and was able to get it cleaned and power washed in short notice. We will definitely use them again.

Details: Home • Building siding • Remove grime • 2,000 - 3,000 sq ft • Two stories • Yes, there’s an outdoor water source

Super responsive, very nice guy, but I paid more intentionally for a bang up job from a smaller company & don’t feel like I received the quality I was promised. I was hoping to save myself two days of sweat for the price, but I think I would have been better off borrowing a powerwasher & doing the job myself. The quote was for a power wash and 2 coats of sealant, but he tried to talk me into one coat saying it would be good enough. I insisted on 2, and got 2 coats on the stair and one half of my small deck. I see bare spots still and have those pictured. They are small spots but it seems worth pointing out. I’ll be doing another coat myself to really seal everything in this weekend, cleaning up all the flaked off paint that’s everywhere & touching up my white railing and risers.

Details: Sealing • Small (1 - 150 sq ft) • Residential

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My job pricing includes everything for that job. Discounts come every so often so grab them while you can!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Introductions, preferably in person so everything can be explained properly. Professional estimate written up, talked through with client so they understand pricing, what it includes, etc. Schedule job, call ahead so someone is home to sign and then work will begin. Once work is finished customer will be asked to come out and take a look, to make sure they are happy. Then it will be time for payment, after will receive a card and a receipt if it’s wanted. I’m very easy to work with, I take pride in leaving anyone happy.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Cheaper is not always better, Cheaper will most likely get the job done. But will you be happy with the outcome? Price usually includes labor, materials, chemicals, and gas when it comes to my pricing. No it’s not outrageous but right in the middle of cheap and expensive.
