- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don’t have any hidden fees. What is on the quotation is what the job will cost. Only variations to that are change orders. We can do discounts for additional work added!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We do a phone call discussing the project followed up by an in person walk. Where we can fully exchange information face to face
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in 2019 as a laborer for a company and worked my way up through the ranks until I felt comfortable going out for myself last year!
