Paul at B&P will be my first call for any and all leaks, plumbing, and future drain repairs. We had a leak in our ceiling on a Monday night, pouring down from the upstairs bathroom. Paul came out the next morning and determined multiple options for repair/replacement to our older lead drain system, the options offered flexibility for us as homeowners instead of being cornered into a single big expense. We went with the full PVC replacement and couldn’t be happier with the quality, price, and efficiency of his work. He was especially mindful of us having an infant in the house so he isolated his work area to keep the dust and debris of the repair at an absolute minimum. I will recommend Paul at B&P to anyone who is in need of his services.

Paul Brown responded quickly and said the water softener could be repaired but would be a bandaid overall. We decided to replace it and he will return next week for installation. Very nice & easy to work with.

I needed a new hot water heater and Paul was able to fit me in the next morning. He answered all my questions, was thorough with what he was doing that day, and made sure I was operational prior to departure. He left everything cleaner than he found it. I would want Paul to do any future needs. BP was able to successfully accomplish my requests in a timely manner.

Paul is very knowledgeable and prompt. I loved that I called him in for multiple issues that he could have charged me to do nothing about but he was honest and told me that there was nothing needed. Honest and fair plumbers are hard to come by!

I will give all pricing upfront. You will not pay until the work is completed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your home and examine the issue. As soon as I am done, I will present you with your options for repair, replacement, or installation of a product. From there, if you choose to use my services I will waive the $89 fee and charge the estimated price to you. You will pay after the job is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed master plumber. I have been in the plumbing industry for 30 years.
