- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every quote is custom. We have set pricing so there is never any "used car salesman" tactics. You tell us what you want and we help you select from our menu. We have over 30,000 different products and services. So of course we don't want you having to sift through a giant menu. So you tell us what you want and we narrow it down for you to only the items that meet your criteria.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out for a consultation. We'll take a few measurements. Ask you to tell us what you want and we'll offer ideas that make sense. Show you samples and pictures. You select what you want and we give you an exact price on the spot. No waiting for us to get back to you. If you like what we have to offer then we schedule your installation. If you don't like what we have to offer then nobody's feelings get hurt and no worries, its "thanks so much for letting us meet with you and if something changes, please let us know".
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do routine continuing education for everyone. We all want to be better tomorrow than we are today. We want to be providing the solutions with the most tried and true methods that we continue to build upon each day!
