FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A. We will first schedule a time to meet with the customer. Upon arrival we will ask if the homeowner has any specific questions or concerns they'd like to see addressed. From there, we get the measurements of the project, go into the truck and write up the quote to present on the spot. We talk through the various options and answer any questions. The whole process usually takes no more than an hour. Since we encourage you to get more estimates to find the right contractor for you, we don't put any pressure on signing the proposal and contract at that time.
