I am a tenant at a property that shockwave manages. I love them. They respond to maintenance requests very quickly and they are willing to work with you on certain things as long as you communicate with them. Also they are very understanding and patient when dealing with housing voucher facilitators(SAVE INC). I love my apartment thanks shockwave

We live out of state so it is important for us to have a Property Management Company who is attentive and who communicates in a timely manner. Shockwave was recommended to us and we have not been disappointed. Our property needed some renovation, along with fixing an illusive problem with moisture in the basement. They did a great job getting the unit ready, while finding and fixing the long standing water problem. We highly recommend Shockwave.
