- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start at $185 for moving and go up from there based on stairs, type of Piano, mileage etc. Piano tuning starts at $90 and can go up from there based on the tuning. How long has it been since it was last tuned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking the appropriate questions to determine what works needs to be done. Establishing a relationship with the customer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All different types. We have worked all over the Kansas City area. From Topeka to St. Louis.
