Piano Solution was excellent and so easy to work with. We are recommending them to everyone we know that could use their services. They handled a very quick move when people that were suppose to show, did not. They moved the piano and came back after the carpet was installed to move back. We have a HEAVY baby grand and they were amazing! I will be using them again. You will not be disappointed.

Hattie & Graham are clearly piano professionals. When it comes to moving my pianos, I have seen the good, the bad, and the ugly in three states over 20 years and Piano Solution *is* the solution in the Kansas/ Missouri area. Working very well together as a team to problem-solve my particular move, not only did they meet all technical expectations, but their knowledge and reverent appreciation for pianos was quite apparent. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We start at $185 for moving and go up from there based on stairs, type of Piano, mileage etc. Piano tuning starts at $90 and can go up from there based on the tuning. How long has it been since it was last tuned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking the appropriate questions to determine what works needs to be done. Establishing a relationship with the customer.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All different types. We have worked all over the Kansas City area. From Topeka to St. Louis.
