- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer competitive and upfront pricing! There are no surprises! I am very through when asking questions about documents to ensure there are no add ons. My pricing is subject to change anytime but I adhere to my state's requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to first confirm the type of documents needing to be notarized, and then confirm how many signatures. From there I offer either mobile or remote services depending on their location. Once verified, I give a FREE and accurate quote broken down. If the customer is comfortable with moving forward, I set a day and time that is beneficial for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to become a Licensed Notary, I had to test with the Secretary of State and pass with a certain score. From there I had to get insured and bonded to protect my customers and myself. My training started the day I got my stamp and is mostly on the job training, being comfortable working with different people.
