- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and competitive, with no hidden fees. We charge an hourly rate of $155 for 2 movers with a flat travel fee starting at $200 for locations within 25 miles. We require a 2-hour minimum, and billing continues in 15-minute increments after that. We offer a 5% discount for first responders, active military, and seniors. Additionally, we provide optional packing services and junk removal at an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free consultation, where we gather details about the move, provide a clear estimate, and answer any questions. Once booked, we confirm logistics and offer packing assistance if needed. On moving day, our team arrives on time, professionally handles your belongings, and ensures a smooth transition to your new location. Our job isn’t done until you’re completely satisfied.

We have years of hands-on experience in the moving industry, handling thousands of moves of all sizes. Additionally, our team undergoes extensive training in packing, loading, furniture protection, and customer service to ensure the best moving experience.
