The Torres Family Landscaping crew that worked on our backyard was beyond amazing! Sergio came out to do the quote and was the main point of contact. He did a great job and explaining the process and the reasons behind every step. Juan was the team lead once the project began, him and the crew were very profesional, always on time and everyone was very hard working and fast. The yard turned out better than expected and we will definitely use them again for our future Landscaping projects.

Torres Landscaping installed pathways in my back yard as the first step in my naturescaping project. The work quality was excellent, the crew very friendly and courteous. I was very impressed by the level of communication I had with them. They were very responsive to my requests, adjusting to a couple of changes quickly and easily. I am very happy with the results.

I cannot say enough good things about the Torres Family business! They were WONDERFUL to work with. Juan and his crew are experts...kind and knowledgeable. They were a joy to work with. Juan is a craftsman of the highest quality, who truly cares about his craft. I had zero worries about my fence being constructed “right,” because I watched Juan work...and it was completely evident how much he cares and how skilled he is. They did multiple jobs for me...a total yard clear out (it was a jungle!), help improving a big rock bed for irrigation, and a fence with three gates for our backyard. They were efficient, had great communication, and were extremely hard working. At one point, Juan wasn’t pleased with the materials we’d chosen for the fence, concerned it wouldn’t last and be safe enough for my kids, so on his own he went and looked at other options...sent me pictures and helped me choose a beautiful and long-standing fence option...absolutely better than the first option. That is a man who cares about his product and other people! Sergio on the business/scheduling side of things was wonderful to work with and always quick to reply. I’ve hired about 10 vendors through Thumbtack, and Torres Family were by far our favorite. I’ll be recommending this company to everyone and hope to work with them again sometime.

Customers should know that prices can vary a lot due to material. No 2 projects are ever the same!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a 3 step process when working with our clients. Step 1: On-site estimate. Usually last about 30 minutes. We discuss the project, take measurements and talk about what the clients wants and the budget they want to work with. Step 2: You receive your estimate within 72 hours. If we are approved we'll sign our contract, take the deposit and get you on our schedule! Step 3: We start your project!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 15+ years of experience in the Landscaping/ Hardscaping industry and have seen/done almost any kind of job you can imagine!
