My husband and I struggled to put a large, heavy, storm window back into its tracks after we removed it to clean. So we called fenix and in less than 30 minutes the window was back in place! Seems like a small thing, but we were exasperated trying and trying again to put that heavy thing back up. Thank you Fenix!

So patient with me waiting on my windows to come in. I had to reorder because Lowe's lost my order and Fenix was patient about rescheduling. The work is beautiful. I have an older house so he had to adjust gap to make window secure and insulated. Highly recommend!
