FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each crack and each basement is different but a single, 8 foot, floor to ceiling crack probably can be repaired for less than $500. We always offer discounts where multiple cracks can be repaired at the same time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first schedule a visit at time convenient to the homeowner. We inspect the foundation and determine if our crack repair service can assist them. We prepare a bid including our process, the price and the time required and leave it with the homeowner. They may ask to schedule the repair then or they may contact us later. If there are hydrostatic or structural problems that involve engineering or possible construction, we let our prospect know and suggest the kind of professionals who deal with those issues.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians have been trained and supervised prior to doing any work for us. We continuously enhance our skills and learn about new techniques and materials. We sometimes attend conferences and workshops to meet and learn from others in our field.
