Needed a mattress (small) spot cleaned, she warned me upholstery wasn't her expertise but we figured it shouldn't be that big of an issue. She used meyers clear dish soap, water, and a eraser and turned my small issue into a much bigger one by creative several large stains. I had to call in another company to fix it. Money completely wasted and she wouldn't go back fix the issue. Lots of stress for something that should've been simple. If you have a company it's best to do your best to always solve youor customers issues and not leave them with more problems they have to deal with. Or at least to the best of your ability.

Customer like you make it very hard to do your job . I knew I wasn’t suppose to take this job since it wasn’t in my expertise but figured I would help since you were out of town . But to leave a bad review because your use to getting your way is very ridiculous . I stressed to you that I’m not an upholstery cleaner . Then to lie and say I ruined your mattress is insane . Water marks ruined your mattress(really) .I was at the store back and fourth for almost 4 hours listening to argue with everyone about your mattress and still remained patient . You are the worst customer I’ve ever had . Have a great one
