We have had 2 Classy Cleaners come for regular cleanings twice a month in our little 2-bed, 1-bath apartment for the past year or so. Bethany and her crew have been timely, flexible to work with, affordable, warm/friendly, and they always do a great job! For us they did dusting, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, changing bed sheets, etc. It was a blessing to have their help with these regular cleanings during a particularly busy season of life. I give them my full recommendation!

I've had great experience with 2 Classy Cleaners! They are committed to great customer service and to creating a personalized housecleaning plan to correspond to your home, schedule, and budget. They go above and beyond in all their services and don't cut any corners. Most of all I know I can trust them in my home, which is the most important part to me. I would highly recommend their services, starting with the free walk-through they offer!

I really appreciate her flexibility and coming out to clean for me on rather short notice. She fit me into her schedule at 5pm the same day, which I really truly appreciate. I'd say the cleaning was definitely adequate if not extraordinary. I made it clear that I wanted a deep cleaning before moving in. When I asked for certain things to be done or re-done, she did them, and they were done, but maybe not as stellar as I would have hoped and I didn't feel like asking over and over (like debris on the window sills after she said she had cleaned them and I had also asked again if they were done, kitchen cabinets were wiped down on some but not all surfaces and there were some stains left). Several little things got missed like the floor around the washer/dryer wasn't sweeped or mopped, even though she made it a point to tell me she'd mopped the floor 4 times.... The pricing also wasn't clear to me that it was $35/person per hour, not $35/hour as I had initially thought. She did say it would take ~4 hours in total, so the price was more or less accurate, but there were definitely times both people weren't working such as going to the car to get supplies or one standing around while the other worked so it wasn't really 4 hours of work. Also I kept an eye on the clock and they started at 4:50pm, and ended around 6:35-40pm but rounded up to 4 hours in total. I'm not going to get bent out of shape for $15-20 but it's something I noticed. Overall I'd say Bethany did a fine job, and I appreciate her coming out last minute but was hoping for more of a deep clean. I'd probably hire her again. Leaving this review after multiple emails from Thumbtack asking for one.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our base rate is $45 per hour for regular, biweekly and monthly cleaning. However, we discuss pricing during our walkthrough to get what your looking for in your budget. Our base rate for one time, move out/move in cleans is $50 an hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a walkthrough. Following the walkthrough we schedule a deep clean which is typically a longer clean to get things up to a maintenance level. Finally we will schedule consistent cleanings weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 6 year old experience in the field.
