Tyler is a great attorney! He jumped right in from the very beginning of my contact with him. He explained what would likely happen with the prosecutors office and how he would do his best to reach the conclusion that I needed. He ended up doing exactly what I wanted and I’m super thankful for the outcome. He listens well and was always super fast to responding to my texts or emails. He hasn’t even worked for my case and we talked and he was already being professional and kind definitely recommend he is sweet and very understanding and will listen to what your case is about . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Criminal defense work is almost always done by my firm on a flat fee basis that is determined by a variety of factors, including the complexity of your case, whether you have any prior criminal offenses, and how much time will be needed to perform pre-trial work (investigation, reviewing discovery, estimated number of court appearances, estimated time spent with prosecutor to try and negotiate a favorable plea deal, if we can’t get your case dismissed).
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate with the client to better understand their specific case and needs to identify how I might be able to best assist them with their legal problem.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have six college degrees, including my law degree. I am licensed to practice law in five states.
