I found KC Prestige on Nextdoor then went to their Website and looked at reviews. My AC stopped working at 9:00 pm and the weather was in the 90’s. I saw they had 24 hour service, but waited until the next morning. I submitted the request and within about 2 minutes my phone was ringing. They made a noon-1:00 appointment time, which I was grateful for. They called again and were here before 10:00. The Tech was friendly and efficient. The cost alone for the service fee was almost half of AB May when I had a contract with them. The charge for the part and installation was surely that or more. I will continue using KC Prestige for regular service and problems.

Our air conditioning was blowing warm air on a warm day. I placed a comment on thumbtack and there was a text message within 5 minutes. Nick was at our house within 2 hours of the text and had the air blowing cool again within 45 minutes. His service and responses were super quick, definitely appreciated getting if fixed so quickly.
