Hi Eric, we hate that you had this experience with us. We immediately answered your email, issued your refund, and offered to come out and do a free cleaning.  We do want to note that your pressure levels were not low enough for us to recommend a leak search. Your pressure levels were slightly low. This can happen for multiple reasons; the unit could've had another tech performing maintenance the last 4 years and vented freon when hooking up hoses to read the unit (you can lose 4oz on average each time depending on your hoses) it could've been charged incorrectly with new construction.  We have done everything we could possibly do here to make this right. From answering immediately,  issuing a full refund, and offering a free super clean.  On a standard AC check up we will make  sure the coils are rinsed with water so the unit can breath. This is not an in depth cleaning of your hvac system but we do this to make sure it's running properly.  This does not involve taking the entire system apart.  You did not purchase an AC Super clean with us. An AC Super clean involves opening up the outside system, vacuuming the inside of the unit, using a special foam coil cleaner on the coil,  cleaning the drain pan on the coil and flushing the drain, and cleaning the inside coil with a foam solution. It's a highly in depth cleaning.  You did not purchase this with us. We do apologize about any communication errors if our tech was not in depth about this.  We do apologize again. We responded to your email immediately,  a full refund was issued,  and we have offer a free AC super clean.  We have done everything we can possibly do to make this right. Thank you
