We are a Northland based "Rapid Response Team" offering repairs and installations of all makes HVAC residential and commercial as well as commercial refrigeration. This company is awesome. We had an issue with our a/c and had a service come out and look at our unit. They told us in about 10 minutes that we needed a new compressor. That ours was bad. We had previously contacted Res-Q Services and Mike called us to see what our issue was. We told him a company came out and told us we needed a new compressor. He said he was in the area and would stop by and take a look. He found a wire had burned in to causing our issue. He said he would be out to fix it as soon as he got the parts he needed. He was spot on. Came when he said he would, fixed the issue we had and saved us a large amount of money. Courteous, knowledgeable, respectful, and prompt. What more could you as of someone supplying a service to you. They have a customer for life. Thanks Res-Q Services for all you do. Donna and Rick

I had an air conditioner issue over the weekend and contacted them because my normal HVAC company does not work on weekends. Mark was very nice on the phone and I received a call from Micheal about my issue. He was extremely helpful and provided some direction on what I could try. Very rare for a company to help without a service call cost associated with it. Michael had me call a couple hours later and accurately diagnosed what was wrong. Since my unit was under warranty, I had my normal HVAC service the unit. If I did not have an established HVAC provider I definatly would have used this company. Kudos to them for helping without having their hand out in a time of crisis. Thank you!!

Senior and Military discounts 15% New system quotes are free and can be done over the phone. With a photo of the furnace area, A/C area, and A/C model number quotes are often emailed or given within minutes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Phones are answered by qualified HVAC techs or office personel 24/7 you'll always speak to a team member.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Extensive field experience (60 years collectively. Continual certifications and Nate quality certification.
