Our new blinds are amazing! Tim helped us pick out exactly what we needed, within our price range and kept us informed on the turnaround time. He is very professional and did excellent work. The installation was quick and he took the old blinds away with him. He left our home better than he found it. He will be who we use for any and all blinds. I highly recommend Solar Shield and Tim!

I had the pleasure of working with Tim from Solar Shield on a volunteer project. Tim donated his time and resources to help with the Veterans Community Project. Tim is very good at his job! He is also very involved in his community. A great person and company if you are looking for new window treatments!

Tim was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I had different window depths, but he was able to get the blinds I wanted and installed trim to make it all come together. Will recommend him to anyone needing window treatments!

Had new windows installed and the old blinds did not fit. Got quotes from 3 different companies. Tim provided a competitive bid but the rest of the package was what makes him stand out. His consultation on colors helped us find what we wanted quickly. His warranty is much better than competition and he services what he sells. No other company displayed the product knowledge Tim obviously has picked up doing this for years. I am completely satisfied with the product and installation, so much so I ordered shades for my front door and side glass while he did the installation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us, we start by learning more about their project, then we schedule an in home appointment for one of our Design Techs to meet with them, go over product options, and help them come up with a great solution. We then provide a quote right at that time, and process the order. Once their new window treatments arrive, we return and complete their installation in an efficient professional manner.
