- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We normally work for a flat fee. When unexpected problems arise on a job, we keep our clients well informed and never charge hidden or unexpected costs. We also provide a 10% loyalty discount for all clients who use our services more then once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to make a bid for work on site to avoid any unexpected problems on the day of the job. Our bids are always free. We accept debit and credit card payments as well as cash and check.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees are trained directly by the owner of Miller Cleaning, who has had decades of cleaning experience. Honesty, integrity, and pride in our work are what set us apart from many of the larger companies out there doing similar jobs.
