Introduction
Hello, my name is Noah McHugh. I am a retired Navy Vet, and during my time in service, I developed a great passion for cultural cuisine. I came back to the States with a craving for the foods I fell in love with overseas. I began studying culinary styles and methods in order to recreate these various dishes. I have been honing my skills and recipes for over a decade with friends and family, before opening my own restaurant, wanting my recipes to be PERFECT. I felt what better place to share my meals than the place I fell in love with cooking, the heart of the home: the kitchen.

This little cafe' is the best thing ever! It was eye-appealing with the smells that tantalized our taste buds! The proof is in the pudding, as they say, and this food did not disappoint! I would love them to feed us everyday! With their bright smiles, warm conversation and their quick responsiveness, the value is a definite 5 thumbs up!

I’ve never tasted better flavors in the Lamb that Noah prepared for us. It was amazing. The artichoke dip was beyond wonderful.

The food is made in a timely fashion, and tastes fantastic! I have had a number of different dishes and they have all been well seasoned and flavorful, and the beef was incredible. 10/10.
