- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is reasonable but always determined by the facts of the client's case, their needs and goals. Client will be made aware of fees and costs during consultation and encouraged to ask questions in this regard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introductory consultation to discuss facts of case, pricing, strategy and terms of relationship. The goal is to cover as much ground as possible so there are no surprises. This allows both the client and attorney to make informed decisions. Once a client, always a friend.
