Tommy and his crew did a terrific job on a couple of ceilings that had water damage. They look like new. I am very happy with their service. They also did some sheetrock work on one of the interior walls and fixed a little dry rot on the outside of my home. Everything looks great!

Mr. Tommy completed the tasks requested. And we are thankful for that. Because it was work I could not do myself. I’m appreciative but did not care for the over $150.00 end of work costs he added with no proof. Next time I’ll request the scope of work in writing and requests receipts for purchases made on the customers behalf. He was friendly and knowledgeable too but not as transparent as I would have liked. Some of the work required a few adjustments and pivots that he made with no communication with me. I would have liked to have known about the changes as the work progressed especially when the total cost changed at the end. Mr. Tommy would hit a snag and do what it took to remedy but I found myself surprised or disappointed when I discovered some of this decisions later on - Mostly discovered during the walk through and talking through the tasks after completion. Maybe I should have watched every minute of the work and asked questions but I didn’t. I left him and his crew to it and didn’t watch the process closely. Again, overall the work was completed and we are accepting of that work. Mr. Tommy was more reasonably priced than other professionals. I would have preferred a different type of customer service communication, documentation and transparency. But it is what it is.
