- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our diagnosis fee is $89.95. If you choose to work with us, we apply the $89.95 to your total. Upon diagnosis, a quote is given. The quote includes all parts and labor fees. We offer military, first responder, healthcare, educator, and senior discounts!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we start by verifying information about the project requested. From there, we schedule at the customers convenience. Our technician calls them at least thirty minutes prior to arrival and upon arrival performs the diagnosis. If the customer chooses to continue with the project, we collect required parts. Once everything is ready, we call and once again work out scheduling with the customer. The technician completes the repair, and the appliance is working like new again!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company's appliance knowledge has been passed down through generations from great grandfathers to young men. Our head technician and current owner has been a licensed journeyman electrician for over two decades as well. Appliance repair is not just what we do, it's who we are.
