- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straight forward and to the point. No gimmicks, we don't want to waste anyone's time. Our goal of the whole process is to make it straight forward and simple but do reach out because you never know what type of discount or 'freebie' we may throw in ;)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and made for our clients to get in a get out. With today's world everything that is short and sweet has caught the attention of a lot of people. Think of TikTok, people enjoy it because its straight to the point and doesn't take long to understand what the message is. That is our goal. Once you reach out to us, we respond, then confirm your info, send you the proposal and from there you are able to input all the info we need to be able to provide a successful event. From start to finish, we can complete everything within minutes. Then 30 days from your event date, we will finalize everything as far as any customization. On the day of the event, we will join you and help provide the fun. :)
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Here in St. Louis, we have a large Bosnian Population and a lot of individuals within our community have businesses but one thing we realized that there wasn't many 'fun' businesses and we want to change that. That is how we got the idea of starting a Photo Booth Business to unlock a new element of fun but with benefits. With a Photo Booth Business, its more than just taking a picture and having that as a memory, there are so many ways it can help business grow and have fun doing it.
