very basic cleaning. microwave wasn’t touched, dishwasher, windows missed, etc. Heather was very nice and easy to communicate with and they did offer to come back but it was a move out clean we needed it ready for market, you kinda only get one shot.

Thank you so much for your feedback as it was a Saturday we were not open we drive an hour to this job to find out it was a construction clean, not a deep clean as we know there’s different products needed for a construction, clean and equipment we hand wipe ceiling fans inside windows baseboards. We had to vacuum and mop the floors for five times just to get the drywall dust off. We did inside outside of cabinets. There was stuff when we got there all over that we had to move around there was ladders. There was still furniture upstairs, I don’t know if there were that there was work being done there, but it was absolutely not ready for a deep clean as we stated if we missed a couple things we offered to come back, even though it was an hour drive to the project and several hours of cleaning and an hour back, we were willing to do that we would not have wasted our time on a Saturday morning to do a mediocre job That is not our style in the future. Communication is key on these things so we know exactly what chemicals to bring and what equipment to bring. Also the heat was up on like 75 which is blowing the drywall dust around continuously on a black stove, etc. I think it was just a case of miscommunication.

I reached out and she could be here the next day - which was great because big companies wanted me to wait a week to two weeks and quoted me $500. She was reasonable in her prices and did way more for me than I expected. I had surgery last week and I’m very limited in what I can do for myself and she and her team made my living space SO much more livable and clean. I couldn’t even make my place this clean and I just feel better about myself. I also have to say the level of professionalism was amazing. I was really stressed out about being judged for looking bad or for having a mess but I never felt judged. They were just there to help me and it showed. I’ll be in touch soon to do this monthly. ***Do not hire this company*** This person has been scamming people for over two years. We hired the company for a deep/move out clean. I was very specific in my request through Thumbtack what was needed. I mentioned this being a more than one person job as it’s a deep clean prior to selling our home. She showed up by herself, said she was the owner and her “girls are all busy”. She stayed for 1 hour and 45 minutes and did a sub-par basic cleaning. She didn’t even complete any of the items requested. (Counter tops, oven, baseboards, bathrooms.) She came ill prepared, using some of our supplies. Even when I asked ahead if she would need anything to which she replied “no”. When I expressed my initial concern that she didn’t touch the oven that was originally included in the quote, she apologized and offered a discount on a next service. I requested the money back from her business venmo that I paid her. She eventually sent $25. After reviewing everything she didn’t do and the shape she left our home, I wrote back expressing my discontent on how she didn’t even complete the minimum on the list or what she agreed to when she accepted this job. Even the small rooms she vacuumed, she didn’t even do the edges of the rooms, just the middle. I requested 50% back. (Honestly I wanted a full refund but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt.) I got multiple unprofessional texts back expressing that our home hasn’t been cleaned in 2 years (False) and that our bathrooms were nasty, and that she “worked her a** off”. Saying we can’t except things to be that perfect on a first clean. Once looking her up online outside of thumbtack I realize this is what she does. She underquotes people to get jobs for deep cleans, etc. Then proceeded to do less than a basic clean for 2 hours or less, and tell the people it’s going to take multiple cleaning. Then when any type of refund is requested, she ghosts them. Stops responding and moved on to her next victim. Save yourself some stress and money and don’t hire this person.

This customer had hired me when I walked in the house they had called for a move out cleaning deep cleaning which everything in the house was still there which made it very difficult to clean I had spoke with her husband and he told me that they had not clean their house in two years which everybody knows if you don’t clean your house for two years it’s gonna take a couple cleanings to get it back in order not just one I had charged them very little I think it was $190 for deep cleaning as everybody knows if you call around to other companies it’s around $600 and I had told him that it’s probably gonna take several cleanings to get this back in order and then when you move out you’ll need to move out cleaning to where I can get to everything I was not able to get to all the baseboards the windows correctly she was working in one room he was working in another it was just very disruptive for a deep move out clean, as I know in this business we cannot please everyone but if you’re gonna call me for a deep move out clean please make sure everything is out of the house and ask for not having clean for two years while you’re still living there yes it is gonna take some time to get back in order one cleaning after two years is that would require a miracle I’ve been doing this for 20 years as you can see from a lot of my reviews we have 20 different I do have all the before and after pictures they are posted on my website here I always do that just so I have them again after two years of not cleaning you can’t expect a miracle in one cleaning and specially for $190 oh I did forget the oven and I did pay her back for that I was too busy trying to get their bathroom clean that hadn’t been cleaned with pink and black mold for two years I was really worried for their health that was a main priority and the baseboard since they had dogs 🧹🧽

I scheduled a move-in clean with appliances for my daughter who was moving into their new home on Saturday. The house was empty except for appliances and I was please with the fast response I received to my job request and delighted that Heather said she would fit the job into the 3-day window I requested in the same week. She said she would do the job herself since her team was already scheduled for the week. She arrived promptly but didn't do the job she was hired to do. The Master Bathroom and Kitchen appliances weren't cleaned at all. I've only attached a few of the worst pictures of 64 pictures my daughter sent me of things that weren't done. Of course, she was upset that instead of unpacking she spent time recleaning the things she hired someone to clean
