- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Upon work, I’ll put together an estimate amount and 95% of the time that price won’t change. I like for my customer to know the ballpark amount with no surprises before/after work. Only time additional fees will be added would be from running into an unavoidable problem mid way through project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Discuss the situation. Determine the problem Talk about the process of work and the total price overall. If accepted, get to work and resolve problem of existing electrical or new in timely, quality fashion.
