- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m upfront about my pricing. I won’t perform any work that isn’t approved by the customer. I will always give recommendations about services needed but I will never push a customer to purchase something they don’t need.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically like to introduce myself through a phone call and listen to the customers needs. From there we can schedule a time for me to meet with the homeowner and perform the necessary work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am ASSE certified to perform Backflow Tests in Missouri and Kansas
