Trevor, you are not telling the truth here. Firstly you asked how we came up with our estimate and we gave you the following exactly “The labor is $810, fuel is $150, mileage fee is $200, last minute service fee is $250, dispatch fee is $100= $1,510. Your response was as follows, “Gotcha, well the two guys that came took an hour because it’s hot. But it’s not a lot and they charged 150 X 2. So total was 300 Which seems like the amount it should be for this move size. Labor of 810 plus all those fees seems excessive given not once was I asked how much stuff or size of truck. So you can cancel.” Our response was as follows “ Firstly, our rates are our rates. We do not make any statements or comparisons to other movers. Secondly, it is alright if we are outside your budget. If you cannot afford us then you cannot afford us. Thirdly, you have to cancel the project as you booked it, not us as we have no capability to do so. Thank you for your consideration and best of luck with your project.” That is the exact conversational interaction we had with you on this platform. Apparently, you have a grudge about our pricing and really wanted our services. We do not know who you got to perform your service nor is it any of our concern. You have the right to choose the vendor you wish to have service you. But you do not have the right to fabricate lies about vendors you obviously want service from but who may be out of your price range. There are many things that make up a vendors pricing and our is right in the middle of moving companies who have USDOT Authority, auto liability insurance, worker’s compensation insurance, general liability insurance, cargo insurance, workers who are vetted, proper and specialized equipment to do the job, and employees who are properly trained and experienced and not to mention moving trucks, office and storage space. Perhaps the company you chose has all of this but these items are not free and do not magically appear. They cost money and have to be paid for. Thus any legitimate mover is going to have a price quote that is very similar to the one you were given by us and apparently decided was too costly for you. So through sheer vindictiveness you chose to write a review filled with falsehoods. All I can say is SHAME ON YOU! But we will call you out for spreading lies about our company and the interactions you had with us which certainly does not fit the description you falsely claimed happened. Perhaps it is because we are a female and minority owned company that you felt you could get away with this. If this is the case then DOUBLE SHAME ON YOU! We have a great reputation because we work hard to deliver exemplary service to our clients at all times and we have equipment that other movers do not have. We are proud of our company and the success we have made of it and will not suffer people who are petty and ignorant.
