Our busy schedules in life leave little time for us to do what it is I am about to do, but this company, this individual and his team, did such a phenomenal job, I feel compelled to. He's worth it. My house had begun to fall off my foundation. All of my doors would no longer latch, some I couldn't even get closed. I had the most famous foundation repair company in Kansas City out, and the best they could do was to quote me just shy of 8k to come and do what it was that didnt work the first time (by the previous owners of the home). I wanted, and did, just cry, the only thing I knew to do was to start praying. The very next day, I had a feeling I should try to maybe use ThumbTack perhaps, and the first person to call me was the owner of Ark. The moment I explained the last quote, what was going on, he told me, don't you worry about this. He told me he would be out the next day, and take care of me, and all I can tell you, is, he did. The quote came in at less than 1/4 the cost of the previous quote. ONE QUARTER. He even paid for the materials out of his own pocket and brought them with him to make sure I would feel at ease that he was who he said he was. I don't know if you are considering these guys, but they came out the very next day, started in the late morning, and had ALL of the work done THAT DAY. And above all else? My house stopped moving. I got to talking to him, and he is a man of character, integrity, and honor. He will give you a great price. STRONGLY recommend them.
