Absolutely terrible! I’m assuming because I’m in a remote area that the vendor thinks it’s ok to cancel and reschedule 5 days out! Absolutely unacceptable and unconscionable customer service! Yet when I called to discuss he’s at a bar drinking!!!! Very disappointed in this! No one’s service is that good$

thanks for the review, as Home Repair is not a set schedule, some jobs take longer than others. I'm not willing to abandoned a customer that I've already started working on their house to tend to yours. simply asked to rescheduled and received a completely rude customer. I'm not interested in working for this type.
