We were in a bind. We had just bought a desk on marketplace then realized it was too large, too heavy, and in the basement of the seller's house! We'd already rented a little U-Haul, and moved all our furniture around for the new desk. Time for freaking out. I found John's business and sent a message via Thumbtack and he responded even before I could get the app downloaded. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, and sent from heaven at this moment! They agreed to do the job semi-immediately, and arrived on time and will prepared. They did a fabulous job and I couldn’t have asked for more. They made the job look like it was a piece of cake!

We had an emergency where we needed to have items moved from my parents house to the Salvation Army. We needed these things gone as my parents was getting fresh carpet and needed these items out of the house. They were able to come the next day. They were polite and courteous and took care of everything we needed.
