I liked the gentleman who came to do the walkthrough, but there was no follow up with the company with an estimate or to schedule the work. Very unresponsive even after I reached out multiple times.

This was my experience with ELITE Home Service. I have two houses available for inspection and contacted Elite Home Service. They seemed ready to accommodate the next day the inspections. The following day, I submitted the locations information and after an entire day I was expected an itemized estimates list on the repairs needed. What I got instead were stories about not being able to get into the location due to the lockbox. That lockbox had been used the entire day with no problem by other companies the same exact day according to the agents. The second location never got even a visit, nevertheless an inspection. I paid in full via cash app for both inspections. What I got in return was no estimates on any of the two locations and 1/2 of my money back. Please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company. Very disappointed.

I used them to paint my kitchen. He outsourced the job to another company that came in and did subpar work. They tried to over charge me above the original contract. Will never use again or recommend. This is how they left some areas
