- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In order to remain focused on the project, I charge per job, and not by the hour. When charging by the hour it becomes less about the project and more about hours, which is distracting to the end goal and keeps me from amazing my customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, completely understanding their needs and their own unique situation, then providing a competitive quote. I try to make it as easy as possible to provide a solution and service the customers needs in the most expedient and cost effective way possible, all without sacrificing quality in service or end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years experience in just about every aspect of technology, and equal as much in general contracting/remodeling. I also have an Associates Degree in Computer Science.
