- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What you are quoted is what you pay. No hidden fees after contract!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always check availability first. Don't be discouraged if you have to schedule last min, you don't know till you ask. Then I collect the location, times, and type of event to get you the most accurate quote. IF you agree, I send out a contract and when that is signed, and a $200 deposit is collected, you are booked! It doesn't stop there!! I send you a questionnaire to give me all the details I need so you don't leave anything out! I also assemble a Plan of the Evening to make sure everything runs smoothy. I ALWAYS check in at least 2 weeks before your big day to finalize everything. Balance is due day of the event and I collect your personal honest Review of my performance at that time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Attentiveness, energetic, common curtesy...Some things that can't be taught. However I am First Aid, CPR certified. I have all the proper Music subscriptions. The rest is straight out experience..
