- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m fair on my pricing. I’m not the lowest priced and in most cases I’m not the highest priced... I will always be fair on my pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet, greet and measure! Lol, I’m a great contractor/people person, I like to hear about the way YOU want it! If your idea can be done, that’s what I will give you... if not I’ll let you know and I’ll be straight up with you about why it just can’t be done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up with a general contractor for a grandfather, and my dad specialized in sheetrock hanging and finishing but was not limited to that skill set... I was taught by “the old timers” that there is only one way to do a job, any job and that would be the right way the first time!
