- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are 100% transparent with all our pricing. All pricing is based off the square footage of your home. We're very competitive with our pricing. We are motivated to earn your business and can usually price match or get within a few bucks of competition. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We discuss the needs of the customer according to what bugs they are seeing; ants, wasps, spiders etc. After that we explain the service and find a convenient time to come treat the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We train our technicians every morning before they go out to service our customers homes. We stay up to date with new products to deliver the safest and most effective solutions possible. All our technicians are fully licensed pest professionals that can take on any pest problem.
