- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
In this market (residential) I usually start at $24 p/h for the 1st hour and $12-14 per hour thereafter depending on whether or not the client wants refrigerator or ovens cleaned, windows washed. Construction site clean up is based own prevailing wage for the trades I use.
