- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call is $110 and includes up to one hour of labor. After the first hour we bill at $110/hr in 15 minute increments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We learn what you need, and suggest several time frames to work with your schedule. Once we have a time frame chosen, a Pro is scheduled to do the work and you will receive a text confirmation. When the Pro is on the way to your location, you will also receive a text alert. Upon arrival, the Pro will begin their time and work. The Pro will take after photos of your project, and any material receipts if applicable. Once the Pro has finished the work, you'll receive an invoice to your email, and can pay via debit or credit card.

Each of our Pros has a specialty in addition to being excellent HandyPros. We have a certified HVAC Pro, Plumbing Pro, Electrical and more!
