I DIY installed a smart light switch - which revealed some issues since a nearby plug stopped working. Wiley came by and through some quick troubleshooting found the issue was loose wiring - that was present before I started. Now everything is working again! Also, Wiley noticed an issue with our panel and was able to do a same day fix. Great work! Definitely recommend.
