I was really pleased with Joseph from M.I.R. He is a personable professional who communicated with me from the time he responded to my request to the time he showed up and completed the job. He asked questions to ensure he would show up prepared to complete the job and explained any follow up that would be needed, if there was an obstacle to get the job completed as I had requested. He offered for me to pick up the parts I would need or he could pick them up. In my case, I was having a water line placed for the ice maker in my new refrigerator and he explained why I could have a shut off valve, just not where I preferred and the reason why. He was the most reasonably priced from the other 3 companies that also responded. I will use him for any further plumbing needs.
