They were very nice, but.. after they left, I found my stove top to be dirty. They did not pick up hardly anything for dusting. They vacuumed but did not shampooed my carpet. Overall, I will be needing to hire someone else. This was not a deep cleaning. They did not even wipe my bathroom counter top clean.

Hey Teresa, I just wanted to write and say I’m sorry you were not satisfied. We didn’t even know you wanted shampooing done. That is an added cost and was never discussed it’s not included in a deep clean. We did touch base on everything that is included in a deep clean and once again I’m sorry you’re not satisfied. I can include screenshots if you would like me to confirm carpet cleaning was not discussed.

I'm fair at prices, if I do have to drive 1.5 hours I charge atleast $120. I don't break your bank.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet each other, I like for customers to show me what they expect and what to touch and not to touch and go from there!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I cleaned everyday at home and I enjoy doing it so I decided to make a business out of it 😊
