- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is industry standard flat rate. I do not operate my company on an hourly basis. We quote you one flat rate price for the work needed, this allows for cost control, no hidden fees or up-charges, and provides a stable pricing platform that allows everyone to win!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We treat everyone with the same respect and value all of our customers the same. We will explain our simple process to customers who have not yet worked with us. We have solutions for everyone at any level of work. We always like to get to know our customers as people and not as dollar signs. We do this to feed our families and have the utmost appreciation for anyone who's patronage puts food on our tables. Welcome to the family!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Early on in my career, I was a heavy duty mechanic, and switched into the RV Industry which combines all trades together at a much faster pace. Eventually I worked my way into management and began running dealerships. I learned many trades in depth with manufacturer specific training, and business management hands on sink or swim style.
