We agreed to confirm the appointment the morning I needed service. When he called I informed that I no longer needed his service. He tried to convince me that the other technician that I decided to proceed with was a scam and he told me that he was upset with me because he lost out on $20 which he had to pay to receive the lead for my service (which he would have had to pay even if I told him from our initial conversation I wasn’t interested). He then proceeded to message me on thumbtack and reiterate that he was upset that I no longer wanted his business. I’m glad I with the other company (who in fact was not a scam and I paid exactly what was quoted to me) because this behavior was very unprofessional.
