FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am reasonable for sure. I have a lot of resources that can keep my expenses way down. For example I have a small farm where I am able to dump natural materials and have access to dry topsoil. I have my own straw for jobs that require it. I buy my fertilizer in large quantities and the best one is when I am done it's done right. This is sad but true, at least 50% of the work I do is fixing the work someone else just did. So that means pay for it once, all my work is guaranteed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There is nothing typical about an individual. I will work with the customer in whatever way works for them. I am available days, evenings and weekends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience in excavation. I worked for a couple of mines and I also worked for the army corps of engineers being in charge of elevations and drainage. Plus I was raised on a farm and that gave me a lot of knowledge in talking care of land on a larger scale and learning to enjoy working.
