- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing listed is a general listing for an average service. I am available to give an onsite estimate if the customer is not sure what they have. The weekly service is always a discounted price from biweekly or one time. I offer word of mouth referral discounts to current customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am flexible and want the new customer to be comfortable with the process. I often meet with a new customer before service to discuss their expectations in order to provide excellent service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years experience in law care and landscaping. I have completed curriculum in communication and leadership.
