I paid for a deep clean, and I definitely didn’t receive that. I should have been leery when Brian said he was sending two women to clean my house, and when I went back to confirm, he said it would be one male. I have a large home, but needed to get my home cleaned since my regular person cancelled. Brian assured me that they could get the home cleaned it time. The person showed up to my home and took four hours to clean, and there was still dust and the mirrors weren’t even wiped down. He was extremely nice, but I have streaks on my floor from cheap or less than effective for products. I barely got a clean, much less a deep clean. The Lou Cleaning Crew should have never taken the job because they knew they were understaffed and couldn’t complete the job within the agreed upon timeframe or at the agreed upon level of quality. Never again.
