The service was never done because the guy came to my house and just stood on the front porch, no knock no phone call. I reached out to them they said he said he knocked and someone yelled through the door but didn’t open it. I explained that’s incorrect and have video to prove he is lying. And then they stopped responding to me. I was probably the last job of the day and they just wanted to go home. No one takes jobs seriously these days.

Rocquelle called last Friday to open her pool. We sent an email explaining our fees and services for an opening, in that email we stated we needed a credit card. This was also explained to her on Friday. We didn't get a call back or her CC on file. Technician was in the area and stopped by to try and open pool and get paid for the job, he called while on site to our office and said he couldn't get anyone to come to the door. He took pictures from the driveway of the pool site and there was a very large dog in the pool area. Our office tried to call and the phone number given was wrong. Technician wad told to go to his other job in the same area to complete that job and if they called back we could re-route him back to her house. Didn't received a call until after we were closed, 2 hours from when we were on site. Sorry for the issues, will speak to our employees to do a better job of communication.

We've been charged 3 separate times totaling $2,055 and I still can't get anyone to answer my calls and my pool is still not open or ready to swim. The communication (or lack thereof) is terrible. I even tried emailing the manager to see if that would help and it hasn't. Really wanted to find a company I could use year after year but it doesn't seem like that's going to happen in this case. *** UPDATE: Now the brand new filter they installed stopped working in under 3 months. Pool was not filtering correctly so we called another pool service out. He said not only was the wrong kind of sand used but only a third of the amount needed!

They couldn’t open my pool but especially they were scheduled to do maintenace and when I called they said I’d have to wait a week. Furthermore you rarely get an answer on the phone and have to leave messages.

Philip's pool is in extremely bad shape the pipes underground are broken and are now installed on top of the walkway around the pool. We strongly suggested him to find someone else to open and maintain the pool, we didn't feel comfortable working on or maintaining the pool in it's condition. Obviously the summer is our busy season and yes you do have to leave messages and we do return them as quickly as possible.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers require us to do an onsite inspection @ $95 for the first 30 mins. This can also include any repair if diagnosis is immediate. Parts are not included and additional return trips or current trip over 30 mins is billed at $75/hour.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us thru many methods, (online, local advertising, word of mouth, etc). Our office manager will take all the input calls and direct the customer to the appropriate department, (Pool [Inground and Above Groung], Spa [Portable, Indoors, Pool attached, Swim Spa], Service, Delivery, Storage, or Disposal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Service technicians have attended Pool and Spa Manufacturer provided classes. !4 years in the business also helps with ongoing inhouse training.
