- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
First time customers require us to do an onsite inspection @ $95 for the first 30 mins. This can also include any repair if diagnosis is immediate. Parts are not included and additional return trips or current trip over 30 mins is billed at $75/hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us thru many methods, (online, local advertising, word of mouth, etc). Our office manager will take all the input calls and direct the customer to the appropriate department, (Pool [Inground and Above Groung], Spa [Portable, Indoors, Pool attached, Swim Spa], Service, Delivery, Storage, or Disposal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Service technicians have attended Pool and Spa Manufacturer provided classes. !4 years in the business also helps with ongoing inhouse training.
