- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is straightforward and ultimately the customer chooses the preferred pricing model & option that makes most sense for them. Our goal is to find a way to create an option that meets your needs and is reasonably well within your budget. Nothing will ever be charged to the customer without their review, consent, and documented signed approval. Additionally, job/project prices can never change without a Change Order invoice reviewed and signed by customer. We aim to provide the most value with the highest quality at the most reasonably priced. Proudly served & Veteran owned, we provide an unconditional year round 10% off discount for any services provided to all Veterans who served honorably.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide as much information as possible on the first phone or email inquiry to help narrow down the specific services that they're requesting. Our goal is to make this process as painless & efficient as possible. The more information about your request and your existing electrical system that you can provide, the better & quicker we can help provide you with a quality solution.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with an extremely broad & wide ranging group of customers, from commercial/industrial, remodel, new construction, to service and emergency. Our goal is to help anyone in need of electrical services within our Minnesota area, however, our focus and what we specialize in is residential service, remodel and emergency work. If it is a commercial/industrial or new construction project that we feel we wouldn't be the best fit for, we will refer you to an electrical contractor that could more efficiently take care of your project and waive any dispatch fees initially charge on booking
