- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour but am willing to work within a budget and assign work for the client to do in order to save money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find that most of my clients want to see progress. After talking on the phone we make a plan and answer any questions/concerns. Then I e-mail a contract. Payment is expected at the end of each session. I don't have any hidden fees. What you pay at the beginning is what you pay through out the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by The Organizing Specialists and have always loved organizing. I moved at least 17 times in my life, along with helping many friends and family organize their homes. I bought Help to Organize in 2021 from the previous owner who also trained me for several months on her methods.
